The campus locates at safe and high end community in the area. There are fences around the campus, and 24x7 security guard patrol in campus to ensure high level security.

The office building was designed for corporate head office of Bayer Pharmaceuticals. The garden style campus locates at the hill top, and has the San Pablo Bay view from the office.
Cafeteria and Auditorium
There is a large cafeteria available in campus, which provides very convenient catering services for employees. PPS could also host the large events in the large conference rooms in the link area, or even in the garden with outdoor water fountain.
Commute Benefit
